Extra Curricular Clubs
At RPPS we take pride in the wide variety of clubs we offer our children. With over fifty different clubs to choose from, there really is something for everyone. Our clubs are either run by members of our talented and enthusiastic staff or taught by our highly skilled external club providers. We encourage our children to take part in clubs right from the start of their time here at RPPS.
Our extra-curricular provision, like our pupils, is exciting and diverse. We offer many sports clubs which change throughout the year, according to the seasons. Girl’s Football, Rugby, Hockey, Tennis and of course, Football and Netball are just a few examples. We also provide opportunities for children to express themselves through our creative clubs, such as Drama, Musical Theatre and Ballet. We have several design-based clubs, including Comic Club and Ceramics for those who wish to plan and create their own projects. Fencing, Capoeira, Karate and Chess are just some of the other clubs available to our children in both the Lower and Upper School.
We make the most of all of the wonderful spaces in our school to provide such a dynamic and varied clubs programme, as well as hiring dedicated areas of Ravenscourt Park. Our well-equipped Computer Suite is the ideal setting for Junior Computing, Coding and M: Tech. The Hall houses our dance and drama offerings, and the spacious gym is perfect for our indoor sports clubs.
At RPPS, we believe that all pupils should be able to access any of our clubs, regardless of their attainment in the subject area. Our clubs are open to all children, and we encourage them to try a range of clubs during their time here with us.
Our clubs provide a safe and nurturing environment in which your child can develop new skills and hone existing ones. They are an opportunity to make new friends and ultimately, have fun and thrive.
Open Mornings
We regularly host open mornings where parents and children can come and experience Ravenscourt Park School.
